• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content.

Our service uses Google AI/Gemini to provide personalized goal recommendations and task generation. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated suggestions are recommendations only and should not replace professional advice
• You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions based on AI recommendations
• Your goal and task data will be processed by Google AI to generate personalized content
• We use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our AI algorithms and service quality
• AI-generated content may not always be accurate and should be reviewed before implementation
• You retain full ownership of your goals, tasks, and personal data
• We do not use your personal data to train external AI models beyond our service functionality

7. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases, and Paid Features

GoalPaddy offers both subscription plans and one-time in-app purchases. By subscribing or making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

7.1 Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Standard Coach Monthly — billed monthly
• Standard Coach Annual — billed annually

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account or device subscription settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.

7.2 In-App Purchases (One-Time)

The following one-time purchases are available to increase group capacity and enhance your experience:

• Growth pack
• Pro capacity
• Starter boost

These are one-time purchases. Once purchased, the increased capacity or benefits apply to your account as described in the product at the time of purchase. No refunds are provided for used or partially used one-time purchases except where required by law.

7.3 General Payment Terms

• We provide clear notice of pricing and any changes to paid features
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment and subscription processors
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Prices are as shown at the time of purchase
• Refund and cancellation policies for subscriptions are as described above; for disputes, contact us or your app store as applicable
